Terms of Service

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ChatLogic Insights LTD ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using AgoraIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AgoraIQ.

AgoraIQ is a signal intelligence platform that tracks, verifies, analyzes, and scores cryptocurrency trading signals from third-party providers.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You must not:

• Attempt to access accounts you do not own or control
• Circumvent access controls or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or underlying models/systems except where permitted by law

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access through the end of that period.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or redistribute platform data or content without our written permission
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to AgoraIQ
• Manipulate, game, or interfere with provider scores, rankings, or verification mechanisms
• Upload malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or probe for security vulnerabilities
• Use AgoraIQ for unlawful activity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or third parties

Signals and related content may originate from third-party providers. We do not endorse, control, or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of third-party content. Your dealings with providers are solely between you and the provider.

AgoraIQ is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any signal, score, verification status, or analysis is accurate or complete
• Any use of the service will result in profits or avoid losses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatLogic Insights LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) AgoraIQ.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or £0 if you have not paid anything), to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You are a resident of a restricted jurisdiction (including UK/Wales)
• Your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting updated Terms on the site and/or by other reasonable means. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
